I highly recommend Dr Baker and his staff for their professional and caring service. I had a root canal done Tuesday at the Savannah office and was provided excellent care. Two days after my surgery I had some pain and was very uncomfortable and called. The person answering the phone was kind enough to listen to my concerns and scheduled me for an appointment to see Dr. Baker the same day and assisted in contacting my pharmacy and ordered medication. When I arrived at my big box pharmacy the pharmacist said the office manager insisted on speaking with him to make sure I received my medication. The extra effort and care is appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience getting a root canal here after a nightmare situation at another practice. I came to Dr. Baker in a state of panic and excruciating pain after my previous dentist’s insurance errors delayed my treatment for weeks. Dr. Baker and his team were incredibly kind and flexible, working quickly to fit me in for the procedure. The root canal itself was efficient and professional. Beyond the procedure, Dr. Baker took the time to recommend a new primary dentist, as I had lost trust in my original one. That referral has been an amazing fit. Additionally, the team shared educational insights that have genuinely improved my dental hygiene months later. I am so grateful for their care and highly recommend them!

Went in this morning for a root canal on a molar. I deal with anxiety and panic and Dr. Baker and his assistant were amazing. They were very comforting and made me feel relaxed the whole time. Highly recommend if you are on the fence

Walked in for the first time and this was the check-in window with a clip board sitting in front of it to sign in. Not at all welcoming. So I signed in and sat down. I was waiting for 10 minutes and no one had opened that window and acknowledged my presence. I finally went up and slid the window open to let them know I was here and had been in the waiting room for 10 minutes. They gave me the excuse that they were probably on the phone and "normally see a shadow through the window" when someone checks in. (Not a great customer service tactic in my opinion). I was there to be evaluated for a root canal so they did an x-ray of my tooth and didn't even put a lead apron on me. Maybe I'm not pregnant but I still would have like to protect my organs from exposure. The staff was nice but overall not impressed.
